HIPAA Compliance


We protect all patient health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our systems are secure, our team is trained, and access to your information is limited only to authorized personnel. We take your privacy seriously and never share or sell any data under any circumstances.

 

Board of Pharmacy Compliance


We are fully licensed and in good standing with the state boards of pharmacy in California, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. All prescription fulfillment, packaging, delivery, and recordkeeping is handled according to state-specific guidelines to ensure safety and accountability at every step.

Personal Injury & Workers’ Comp Billing Integrity


Central Care Pharmacy is experienced in case-based billing for personal injury and workers’ compensation patients. We never offer or accept kickbacks, referral fees, or incentives. All billing is structured in compliance with MedPay, lien, or WC regulations and includes full documentation and legal coordination with providers and attorneys. Pre-filled Rx pads are offered only as a clinical convenience, not tied to any financial arrangement.

 

Recordkeeping & Audit Readiness


We maintain detailed records of all prescriptions, deliveries, and communications in accordance with state and federal requirements. Our records are securely stored, fully auditable, and available for attorneys, providers, or regulators upon request.
