Prescription & Refill Questions

Q: How do I request a refill?
A: You can fill out our online refill request form or call us at (818) 386-1888. We’ll handle the rest—including contacting your doctor if needed.

Q: What if my doctor hasn’t sent the prescription yet?
A: Let us know—we’ll follow up with the provider on your behalf and make sure everything is in place.

Q: Can you explain how to take my medication?
A: Absolutely. Our licensed pharmacy staff can go over directions with you over the phone in your preferred language.

Delivery & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to receive my medication?
A: Most orders are delivered within 1 business day. We’ll confirm delivery details with you once your order is ready.

Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: Yes. We offer tracking updates by phone or text based on your preferences.

Q: Can you deliver to a different address?
A: Yes. Just let us know where you want it sent, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: What if I miss my delivery?
A: No problem—call us and we’ll reschedule it for the next available window.

Insurance & Billing

Q: Do you take my insurance?
A: We accept most major insurance plans in California. You can call us to confirm your coverage or update your information through our Insurance & Billing page.

Q: What if I don’t have insurance?
A: We offer private pay options, and we also accept MedPay and PI lien-based billing.

Q: Will I receive a bill?
A: Only if your medication isn’t covered or you’re paying out of pocket. We’ll notify you before anything is processed.

General Support

Q: What are your pharmacy hours?
A: Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Q: Can I speak with someone directly?
A: Yes—every time. You’ll always talk to a real team member who can assist you immediately.

Q: Do you offer services in multiple languages?
A: Yes. Our team currently supports English, Spanish, and Armenian.
