How to Refer
Step 1: Fax or electronically send the prescription and patient details to us—only if the patient has selected Central Care Pharmacy as their preferred pharmacy.
Step 2: Include the patient’s name, DOB, delivery address, contact number, and your provider info in the message.
Step 3: Once received, we’ll confirm all details, coordinate billing or case status, and ensure timely delivery—keeping your team updated throughout.
